Monday-What's News rough draft -Due Date: Tuesday, Aug. 25th. Make sure you have the correct heading in the upper right hand corner. Summary/Main Idea: must be at least 5 sentences and have details to help support the summary. Evaluation/Opinion: must be at least 5 sentences and have details to help support your opinion.
Final copy: Typed with correct spelling and punctuation. Remember to indent your paragraphs and use 12-14 font. Due Date: Aug. 28th.
Tuesday - Proof read rough drafts.
Wednesday - Friday: Discuss safety and equipment in the classroom. Notes, worksheets, activities. Possible quiz on Wednesday or Thursday over safety and equipment.
Friday - UPDATED - 6th Grade - Reveiw safety symbols & safety rules - Quiz next week. Collected What's News.
8th Grade-
